Challenge

Grupa Integrator connects people and talents — organising events including speed dating and developing interpersonal skills. GIF Studio was founded within the group, focused on audio and video production.

Solution

Growing Grupa Integrator means developing social and management skills alongside creative work. Running speed dating events I handled venue relations, client communication, sales, marketing and developed a ticketing and seating system. Within GIF Studio we recorded Fading Suns podcasts and the Fortress Days film.

Result

We are a team full of ideas with several successes behind us. The greatest achievement is the growth of our skills — artistic and social — which we now offer to clients.
